Topping the list with 6 OMA nominations, soul singer Nhojj heads to Las Vegas for the 8th Annual OUTMusic Awards and a special OMA VIP Concert.  The ceremony will be held at Planet Hollywood on December 16 and the concert on the eve of the awards.
